Lifecycle Exercise Bike - Make it Easy to Stay Fit with Home Workouts

I have been working out on my LifeFitness Lifecycle exercise bike for a couple of months now, and the results are worth waiting for. Before using the Lifecycle bike, it was difficult to get all of the physical activity my body needs to stay fit and healthy.

Swimming twice a week was not enough activity for good fitness. Working at the local gym on the treadmill, elliptical or rower meant the inconvenience of a trip in the car - I only had time to do that a few times a week at most. In addition, the pool and weight room have limited hours of operation.

Fitness training on a stationary exercise bicycle at home is something that I can do at any time. There's no need for a big production - if there's only a 10 minute window, I can spend all ten of them on my Lifecycle exercise bike.

With swimming, it would hardly be worthwhile to go unless there was, at the very least, 2 hours in which to exercise. Now, I get a bike workout every day, even if it is not always a long one.

Although a full 30 minute workout does more for your heart, cycling each day for ten to twenty minutes is better than one hour of exercise two days a week. And the low impact nature of a stationary bike is ideal for those with sports injuries or aging joints.

With a 5 star rating, Lifecycle exercise bikes are a worthwhile investment. Self powered recumbent bikes come with up to 7 programs at different intensity levels and they fit in a small 5x2 foot area. They are comfortable, durable and come with more options than most other brands.

Lifecycle upright bikes are smooth, quiet, reliable and built like a tank. A quality product that is easy to use and dependable means you are more likely to stick with an exercise routine. The expense of Life Cycle exercise equipment is an investment in your health that pays dividends for years.
